Responsibilities
Support the mission and goals of the company by implementing and maintaining key business applications and providing a secure, efficient, and reliable corporate network infrastructure
Work with the CIO to identify and develop technology solutions to support the business system needs for each department as well as working closely and collaborating with the staff of the member institutions to support their needs as they relate to the company
Develop a working network/desktop support and infrastructure plan and work with the appropriate vendor partners to implement that plan
Oversee technology-based applications to ensure they are efficient, customer-focused, within budget, and are supporting the strategic goals of the organization and the needs of the business department leaders
Required Skills
10+ years progressive experience leading and managing within an information management/technology/systems department for a property/casualty insurance company or consulting organization
Experience in the medical malpractice or professional liability industry is highly preferred
Experience with managing corporate infrastructure
Experience in managing vendor and outsourcing agreements
BS degree in Information Systems or equivalent is required; Masters Degree or other continuing education preferred.
