Responsibilities

Participate in the business development process to analyze client requirements, determine fit and customizations, and develop proposals cost estimates

Write specifications for new development and system enhancements and perform integrated quality assurance testing, and configuration of systems

Plan schedules, manage budgets, interface with users, develop documented implementation plans, perform implementation, and configure systems

Provide customer support management for internal users and external clients according to the Technology Service Groups (TSG) customer management process

Required Skills

Must have previous technical experience in complex SQL statements and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
