Responsibilities
The team will assist our clients to move along the maturity curve of leveraging our software (which will in itself drive significant revenue)
The CSM team is responsible for Customer Success, revenue generation in our install base, and term license renewals CSMs are trusted advisors first, but should have a strong revenue motivation (though light sales touch with the customer)
The CS Director will drive revenue in the install base and ensure renewals â?? training the CSMs to balance service delivery with seeking revenue opportunities
Required Skills
