Brett M. Stevens
President

For over fifteen years, Brett M. Stevens has enjoyed remarkable success in The Executive Search Business. He founded The SearchLogix Group in 1997. Brett’s leadership enabled the team to immediately advance from its early stages to President’s Club status.

Brett was named a member of MRI’s Hall of Fame and earned MRI’s highest level of professional certification: Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM). He also received numerous regional, national, and international awards through meeting the needs of his clients. He continues to achieve record breaking performance and has been nationally recognized for those results with The SearchLogix Group.

Brett is a Kennesaw State University graduate with a degree in communications. He is a member of the CSCMP, APICS, WERC and IIE. He has been professionally recognized in many trade magazines and newspaper publications and is a notable guest speaker. His numerous successes have included securing and fulfilling major projects for his clients in the following industries:

Prior to working in the Executive Search industry, Brett was a consultant for an international consulting firm. His primary area of expertise was in reengineering in the manufacturing industry. Brett was also a supervisor with Yellow Freight Systems and has first hand experience with warehousing, terminals, production and import/export work. Brett’s experience also includes four years of service in the United States Marine Corps. Brett is a 5 time top finisher in The Marine Corps Marathon. Brett raised over $10,000 and competed in The Kona Marathon in Hawaii for The American Stroke Association. He has also been a major fund raiser for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, Light the Night Leukemia Walk and Coaching for the Cure. Brett is also involved with the local lacrosse league.

Gina O’Leary
General Manager

Gina O'Leary joined The SearchLogix Group within months of its founding, bringing over sixteen years of highly successful management experience in the executive search and placement industry.

As General Manager, Gina directs and coordinates all operations at The SearchLogix Group. Key responsibilities include: strategic operational planning, implementation of IT services, PR/Marketing - formidable presence on the internet and ensuring SLG is published in leading journals/publications, managing all HR and administrative functions, and leading the research team. Gina's team provides key value to SLG's president, account managers, and project managers; providing a solid pipeline of opportunities as well as critical analysis of our clients, prospective clients, industry trends, in both major markets and emerging new growth markets.

Prior to her career growth at The SearchLogix Group, Gina was an HR Manager in the public sector for ten years. She graduated with high honors from Bay State College in Boston, and continues her career growth completing advanced studies in business administration and information technology.

A native of the Boston area, Gina resides in the suburbs of Atlanta. Outside of work, Gina enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

John L. Butler
Vice President

John Butler, Vice President with The SearchLogix Group, has over 20 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, and operations management.

John’s vast knowledge of supply chain, logistics, human resources, and technology allows him to relate to his clients needs and help them with the right candidate match.

His commitment to his clients has provided him a successful track record with companies such as SAP, Infor Global Solutions, CheckFree, GE, CompuCom, Manhattan Associates, EMC, BMC, Red Hat, Sage Software, and Auto Trader. He specializes in positions such as CEO, CFO, Vice President, Operations and Human Resources.

Prior to joining The SearchLogix Group, John was Senior Executive Partner for the Lucas Group where he managed the technology group. He was also Managing Director at Custom Recruiting Solutions where he managed a team of recruiters focused on technology sales and IT. He has been a Senior Human Resources Executive and has HR management experience in several software companies and with manufacturing companies. He also served his country for 20 years in the United States Army where he held a number of command and operational positions.

John graduated with a Masters Degree from Cardinal Stritch College in Milwaukee, WI and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from Purdue University. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.

Scott M. Craig
Project Manager

Scott comes to The SearchLogix Group with over 25 years of experience in sales and recruiting. Scott began his career selling information, hardware and software to organizations following the financial and futures markets. He worked in Kansas City, Columbus, Ohio, Philadelphia and New York, before winding up in Atlanta.

He began his recruiting career in 1996, and has also sold supply chain software and steel buildings and construction management services. He attributes his success to focusing his efforts on finding winning solutions for his clients.

Sean Jurecic
Project Manager

Sean Jurecic is the newest member of The SearchLogix Group team. He comes to us with a background in management, marketing, and sales.

Prior to joining The SearchLogix Group, Sean was the Director of Team Sales for a lacrosse company where he increased team sales by 25% and managed the south sales team. He successfully developed and implemented new sales strategies which increased current team sales and new accounts. Sean consulted with clients to understand needs and developed specialized solutions that met or exceeded their requirements while working within budget parameters.

Sean is a graduate of St. Andrews Presbyterian College, where he earned degrees in history and political science, while playing both NCAA Division II lacrosse and soccer. In 2002, Sean played in the lacrosse NCAA Division II Final Four and in 2004 was voted team captain by his teammates.

Sean is a native of New Jersey who now resides in Marietta, Georgia. When Sean is not at work, you can find him training for his next triathlon or on the field at the local high school coaching lacrosse. In his last half ironman Sean raised $2,000 for ALS research.

Sarah Sheridan
Internet Researcher

Sarah Sheridan directs The SearchLogix Group’s research team. She is also in charge of The SearchLogix Group’s enormous database of active candidates and clients.

Her skills help provide our Account Managers with a wealth of knowledge regarding specific industry news and top professionals within those industries

Sarah is an Atlanta native and attended Kennesaw State University.

Outside of the office, you can find Sarah hiking up Kennesaw Mountain, or at Lake Lanier learning to sail on her dad’s boat. Sarah loves spending time with her family and friends.
